These mailings are sent once to twice a week and help to make it possible for us to bring you the Offshore Living Letter free of charge. We think that you’ll find these special alerts useful, but if there’s ever an offer you don’t find interesting, please simply delete it from your inbox.
Events Terms and Conditions
You may book online or over the phone (1-888-627-8834). Couple prices are for spouses, significant others, or immediate family members. All correspondence will be addressed to the person placing the order and providing credit card details. If you have signed up as a couple, please let us know the full name of the other person attending with you.
All correspondence will also be by email. You will receive a “thank you” confirmation automatically when you sign up. Additional conference details will be sent by our conference team, including hotel specifics and other logistics details for the destination.
2. Pricing And Discounts
Our full retail prices for individuals and couples are reflected in the promotional materials. We offer early-bird discounts for those who sign up for a conference by a specific date. We offer additional discounts for certain customers who have purchased our products. These discounts are not cumulative, with the exception of the early-bird discount.
3. If We Cancel
We don’t anticipate canceling any event. However, if for some reason we are unable to hold the event as planned, we will notify you as early as possible and refund 100% of your registration fee. To protect your investment in your travel expenses, we recommend purchasing travel insurance.
4. If You Cancel
We must receive any cancellation of your conference registration in writing. Please send an email immediately if you have to cancel for any reason.
For cancellations received more than 45 days before the start of the event, we will return your payment, less a US$150 administration fee per person. For cancellations received more than 14 days before the start of the event, we will return your payment, less a US$350 penalty per person. For cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date of the event, the conference fee is nonrefundable. If you are unable to attend, please contact us by email immediately to avoid any unnecessary charges.
Please note that any amount not refunded can be used as a credit towards a future Live and Invest Overseas conference.
We encourage attendees to network and enjoy the events in a relaxed atmosphere. However, attendees should not solicit business from other attendees in a manner that might affect other attendee’s enjoyment of the event. Any private solicitations by individuals not part of the official program will result in the expulsion of those individuals from the event. No refund will be given if we have to remove you from the event.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you obtain adequate travel insurance from a reputable provider prior to your departure. Travel insurance may assist you if you are sick or injured while abroad and may also cover costs incurred because of cancellations or delays.
7. Event Recordings
We may take photographs or video record during the event. We also audio record all conference presentations. By completing your reservation for this event, you are agreeing to be included in these recordings.
8. Legal Waiver
All attendees must sign a legal waiver before being allowed into the conference.
